1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AutoLessonPlan (the "Website"), owned and operated by Sohail Shahzad, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Platform & API Usage (Testing vs. Custom Key)

This Website serves as a platform for generating lesson plans and related educational content.

  • Testing API Access: We provide temporary built-in API access for testing and evaluation purposes. This trial API access is subject to limits, is provided without guarantees, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
  • Personal Gemini API Key: To obtain optimal quality, stability, and higher limits, you can configure your own Google Gemini API Key. By providing your own key, you agree that you are solely responsible for any usage charges, policies, or terms of service established by Google in connection with that key.

3. AI Content Disclaimer & Validation

All output generated by the platform is AI-assisted and may include inaccuracies, hallucinated details, or incomplete information. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and modifying any generated lesson plans, worksheets, or presentations before using them in a classroom or educational setting.

4. Intellectual Property & Restrictions

This Website is the intellectual property of Sohail Shahzad. You are granted a limited license to use the generated output for classroom and educational purposes. No one is permitted to copy, duplicate, reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or use this Website or its backend systems for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the owner.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the service. In no event shall the owner be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of (or inability to use) the platform or errors in the AI-generated outputs.

These terms are provided for transparency and do not constitute legal advice.
